•   Developed and distributed City of Albuquerque Water Plan issues paper

•   Drafted and circulated "Letter of Concern" that was sent to City of Albuquerque

      administrators, the Bureau of Reclamation, and the press

•   Organized public forum, held at Rio Grande Nature Center

•   Convened City Water Plan group, including NMPIRG, Sierra Club, Amigos Bravos, and   

      concerned individuals

Re-Creation (Vision & Action)


•   Facilitated Bosque Consortium River Flow Work Group in developing a river

      management plan for mimicking the natural hydro-graph and prepared group's Annual

      Progress Report

•   Convened "Rio Caucus"-organized a joint meetings of the Bosque Hydrology Group,

      River Flow Work Groups, and San Acacia & South and Upper Reach Forums for the

      purpose of developing a design and implementation plan for river restoration from Cochiti

      to Elephant Butte
